HOW TO USE "BEUTIFUL MIND"

Here’s the scariest fact about fear and what you can do about it.Avoid fear and it grows. Dance around fear and it always finds a way to get invited to the next party. Walk on the other side of the street and you will meet it at the next corner. In fact, if you go to the ends of the earth, you will find it at whichever end you happen to land.Fear doesn’t go away on its own. It only gets bigger and continues to limit your life with more slyness and less warning.I know that doesn’t sound inspiring and uplifting. Well, I didn’t invent fear. I’m just telling you how it works. And I can also tell you what to do about it and expend the least amount of calories possible.Acknowledge fear and ignore it.I got this idea while watching “A Beautiful Mind,” the 2001 Best Picture winner starring Russell Crowe. It’s the story of Nobel Prize winning mathematician John Nash and his battle with schizophrenia.Three characters in the movie (an old roommate, a niece, and a Department of Defense agent) are hallucinations that Nash’s mind generates. By the end of the film, Nash acknowledges their presence, yet manages to ignore them.Although the film takes certain liberties with Nash’s biography and the treatment of schizophrenia, it does suggest a way to deal with fear. Acknowledge it and ignore it.This works wonders for a fear like the fear of failure, public speaking, or somehow appearing foolish. In these cases, you are not in physical danger. However, you can bang up your self-esteem and put your success potential in intensive care.

And that’s what this technique helps you avoid. Here’s how to do this.Take a deep breath. Elevate your gaze as if looking at a point just above a distant horizon.Call to mind a fear that causes you to get nervous, feel tension, or sense uneasiness. Let your mind give this fear an imaginary physical form.
Like Nash in the movie, make a person out it.Ask yourself “What would this person have me do?” The answer isn’t pretty. This imaginary person would have you hesitate, procrastinate, or otherwise set yourself up for failure. If you do as this person suggests, you will prepare endlessly, seek countless other opinions, find another more exciting opportunity, or otherwise talk yourself out of action. So here’s the technique. Acknowledge this imaginary person and ignore him or her. How simple could it be?I’ve observed that some even give a brief physical nod of acknowledgement to this imaginary image of fear and then get into motion. And that’s the real key. Get in motion as soon as you acknowledge the imaginary figure. Hesitate, feel like “this is stupid,” or argue with it and the effectiveness of the technique drops off rapidly. That’s essentially what Nash does at the end of the movie. The hallucinations never leave. However, he has learned to ignore them and go about his life.Do the same with your fear. After a while, you will barely be able to recall what it looked like. You will be so used to ignoring this fear that you will forget it was there in the first place.

HOW TO BECOME POSTIVE PERSON

Everybody has a story to share. So, have I. If reading my story inspires just one person in this world, I think my purpose will be solved. I was not always a positive person. I suffered from a griping sense of discontent. I was unable to derive satisfaction from my relationships. Though I had a number of acquaintances, I had very few friends. I was unable to use my talents and skills optimally. A non-believer, I never used to pray and had no faith. Of course I was spiritually bankrupt.
To top it all, I had suffered heavy losses in a business venture, and now I was financially bankrupt as well. I felt so depressed and gloomy that I could light up a room simply by leaving it. I had lost my self-image, confidence, and hope. In other words I was negativity personified.Playing the blame game was my favorite pastime. I blamed my circumstances, my parents, my school, my wife, even my year old daughter (as if an infant could have caused my failure). Actually, I blamed everyone, other than myself, the person who was really to be blamed. Thank God, I always loved reading. And it was through printed words that I saw light. I read a story about a small child who was disturbing his father who was trying to work. The father tears up a world map and gives to the child to put it together, thinking that it will keep him occupied for a long time. Now, there was a picture of a man behind the map. The child could put the man together in just a few minutes. But the map behind was right too. I realized that if I put the man I am right, my world will become right as well. And that my dear friend, was the turning point.
The first thing that I changed was my reading habit. Earlier I was reading a lot of fiction. I changed that to reading Positive Mental Attitude books. I started associating with Zig Ziglar, Dale Carnegie, Dr. Shad Hamstead, Dr. Steve Price and so many other positive people through their wonderful books. I read about dreams, faith, goals, positive attitude, relationships, and self- image. I was also listening to recording by powerful speakers. And I realized that everyone has problems and challenges in life. But it is the way we respond to it that all matters. It is either, we react to a situation (negatively) or respond (positively) to it and that makes the difference in the result we produce. This very powerful association has already started changing something inside me. I had started seeing things in a different perspective. Now I knew that the situation I am in was bad, but not hopeless. A wonderful book “All things are possible through prayer,” by Charles L. Allen changed my life for ever. I learned how to pray, and I prayed for the first time in my life. And you know what; it was answered in just ten minutes. That was the beginning of a new chapter in my life, one that was filled with faith. I had begun appreciating this beautiful creation that we so often take for guaranteed. I could now feel the hand of God working in my life.
Everything around me now inspired me. It is not that things had changed for me, but what had changed was the way I looked at them. One more thing that I changed was that I started choosing my association more carefully. I started visiting inspirational seminars and made friends with positive people. I purposely started keeping away from people who could have negative effect in my life. I became selective with the programs I saw on television or the movies I saw. If I see negativity being glamorized in any of the programs, I would simply leave the room. I was protecting my mind from negatives. It was as if my mind was getting reprogrammed. As my spiritual account filled up, my self-image improved. I started taking responsibility of my self. Now when I spoke the words that came out were positive. I was feeling happy. Not because the circumstances were happy one, but because I felt more in peace with myself.
Since, now I was accepting myself more, I could accept people more naturally. Obviously, the relationships improved. Now, I liked people and people liked me. It was as if I was living in a brand new world. As I kept on growing from inside, I saw the situations outside changing. Since I was taking responsibility of my actions and was moving in faith, I started doing better in my career. I won’t say that it was always a smooth journey ever since. There were a lot of things that did not went well, or the way I had them planed. But, with my new positive outlook and a faith that was stronger than steel, I could see opportunity in every setback. Today, I have got back much more than what I had lost earlier in material things as well as the things that money can not buy.Today, I thank God for giving all the challenges in past. It was the extremely unbearable situation of being financially bankrupt that got me changing. Today, I know that if God gives me more challenges it will be to strengthen my shoulder to bear the burden of greater responsibilities and blessings. Thank you God for blessing me and my family! God, please work in the life of this reader the way you worked in my life…

TO COVER THE MUSIC

To find music covers online, furthermore, free music sets online, may not be as simple as you think. Sometimes you find it, but you cannot download audio covers or they are just simply not free sets. This article will try to give you a few tips on how to locate some music sets that are either free or inexpensive, but are also high quality. Most of the times when you download music from the Internet, you tell yourself that you are only going to listen to it on your computer or your iPod, but sometimes you want to burn a CD or two and then you need to put a cover to your new burned CD. In addition, if you are printing a cover for your music disc, you should go for the original music cover, particularly if you are burning an entire album. Therefore, the first task is to identify various sites where you can find music covers.
Then you have to find out if the site allows you to download the music sets and under what circumstances you can do it. Of course, you want to find a site with open music sets and, if possible, a site with music sets downloads that are free of charge.Let us assume you have identified a site where you can find music covers.
In fact, you have found it here, on our website. Now you have to read our terms and conditions to see if you can download the music sets and utilize us for your personal advantage. You will need to create an account, which is usually a good thing, because you can keep updates with all the new free music packs we add to our site. With other sites, if they do not offer free music sets downloads, you might still get some deal for signing up.
In this manner, you will find music covers and you will be able to download them. Another good thing for creating an account with a site that offers free of charge music sets is that it usually has a part of the site dedicated to a forum or blog. Here, you have the chance to talk to other people who are looking to copy music sets and cannot find them on the site, and you might be able to help or get help in your search. Therefore, now that know where to find music covers, you also know you can download audio covers. There is just one more thing you have to do before printing them. You have to make sure they are complete; this means you have to check if they have a front cover, an inside cover and of course a back cover that can tell you the content of your CD. You can use the free of charge audio sets not only to print the album art for a new CD you burnt, but also for an original CD that you bought, but whose cover looks old.
However, if you want to sell the music covers you find and download from a site, please make sure that you have our written permission to do that or that you buy the right of selling audio covers. You have to remember that there are copyright laws and that sites such as ours, from where you can download audio covers, usually exist to help you with your personal music or movie collection, and not to help you make money. However, if you think you want to sell some of the things you copy from such a site, we want to remind you that it is illegal. You can try making some honest money by designing CD covers or DVD covers and by sending them to the appropriate places to see if they are valuable. Usually, it is not easy to get into the music industry or the movie industry, but if you are good in designing CD and DVD cover sets, you might actually get a chance to express yourself.
audio covers for any of the albums you own

THE REALITY OF LIFE

It's no secret that the movie "The Secret" is a phenomenal example of successful, viral marketing. This little idea-some would call it infomercial-was created for less than $3 million dollars; little money by Hollywood standards.1.5 million copies of the DVD have sold for about $34.95 and the "actors" have appeared on Larry King Live and Oprah to name just two popular shows. It doesn't get much better than that not only for the woman who conceived the idea and made it reality but for those of us who work in the field of personal development. For those of you who have not yet seen the movie, read the book, or seen any of the interviews, here is a basic overview of the premise of The Secret.
We create our lives. We do that with our thoughts and our words. We do that by focusing on things-consciously or unconsciously-- which brings them into our reality, our day to day. This focused thinking begets our reality. It's referred to as The Law of Attraction.Skeptics abound and you may be one of them.

Welcome to my world. As a former hardcore skeptic turned open student of coaching I have spent many hours studying and practicing the concepts talked about in The Secret. These concepts happen to aid clients gain insights and shift which is often why someone comes to coaching. Being open allowed me to shift my thinking in many areas and life has never been better.Note to critics, I have not given up wisdom or intuition and I do my due diligence or not at my own peril. What's different is that I don't approach things from a guilty til proven innocent point of view.Ok, back to how we create our reality. Consider this; nothing means anything til I make it mean something. Or, said another way, how I view an event, my opinion of it, formed through the filter of all that has gone into making me the person I am, is my reality. I should be clear here, it's my version of reality. Someone else will have their own version which may look or sound nothing like mine does. Reality it would seem is a personal thing. Which means there isn't ever only one reality.Bring on the critics,
I am armed and indefatigable on this point.Do me a favor? Suspend your disbelief, your critic's view of this long enough for me to wedge a possibility in.Next, one has to check one's ego at the door of transformation-when one is ready-or nothing can shift. I'm thankful I learned that early on because frankly, hearing things like, "we create our reality with our thoughts and our words," would have sent me screaming from the room a few years ago. Had I my life might not have become as rich as it is today. For those of you who are still reading let me channel Lucille Ball and do some ‘splainin'.Theory one: We create our reality; let's stop there and define the word reality as tossed at you up above. How can reality be personal when Webster defines it as: "the state or quality of being real or of existing in fact." The word fact is " a thing known to be true." Personal does not appear in either of those definitions but Lucy wants to speak.Take the recent snow we've had here on the east end. The fact is we got 2" – 3 " of snow overnight. My reality is it's beautiful, I'm happy we finally got snow. My husband's, which I know is shared by many, is "this really pisses me off, enough already, and damn I'm tired of shoveling." My reality is shaped by my not having to go out and do anything more than slog to the gym. His by the fact that his client's 500 yard long, hilly driveway must be cleared. Same fact-snow has fallen-two different realities.Theory two: This one is a bit harder to explain but here goes.
The things, people and events in our lives are a reflection of what we think about or believe consciously or unconsciously . This is known as the law of attraction. Someone who believes they are unlovable, and this is not often a conscious bit of information, will attract partners who cannot love them. Shake up the person's belief system about themselves, give them an awareness of this way of thinking and they can go about attracting someone loving. Have you ever met a person who says, "It's impossible to meet a good man, they are all taken"? Are they in a supportive, loving relationship? How about, "I'll never be able to buy a house, I'm stuck in this dead end job"? Are they looking for a new job or ways to increase their income by becoming a better employee? So what are these folks attracting? More of same no? Since this idea wants an entire column all its own let's leave it there. Books abound on the idea and The Law of Attraction, by Esther and Jerry Hicks, two stars of the original version of The Secret, is the original and one great read. Here's the bottom line, the law of attraction, like the law of gravity, is alive and well whether you like it or not, believe it or don't.Like becoming open minded rather than staying skeptical, I can attest to the difference that knowing and using the LOA can make in your life. Learn how to use this law to your advantage and you will discover power and control in your life that was before untapped. It is the secret to creating the best reality ever.

THE MARREAIGEOF WORLD'S MOST BEUTIFUL LADY ASH ON 20TH APRIL

On one side it is the son of legendary father Amitabh Bachchan and on the other side it is former Miss India as well as Miss World…Yes! We are talking about the most elegant man Abhishek Bachchan and most beautiful women Aishwarya Rai. The two famous Bollywood couples are getting married soon this year. Abhishek Bachchan, 31, and Rai, 33, has worked together in several movies.Till now the couple has exchanged their engagement rings in a small ceremony before a small group of relatives and friends. And the date of wedding has yet to finalize. However, there has been speculation for several months about the love lives of the two actors, and news of their engagement was the top story in several Indian newspapers. The Times of India newspaper reported the wedding would take place in February or March. At face value, the reporting of the engagement seems to flow innocent enthusiasm for this union between two of the industry's most glamorous stars. But at a second glance, the media's tone betrays a deep-rooted social conservatism began, and reveals much about disparities in attitudes toward men and women.Rai's age has been the focus of some discussion — the implication being that at 33 she is practically a spinster and has had extraordinary good luck in managing to persuade Bachchan, two years her junior, to pluck her from the shelf. The fact that Rai has previously been attached to other men has also not gone unnoticed, and the details of earlier relationships with two other Bollywood actors, Salman Khan and Vivek Oberoi, have been picked over at length. Most peculiar has been the amount of attention paid to Rai's inauspicious horoscope, which sets her out, according to newspaper astrologers, as a potential curse to her future husband. In recent months, Rai has joined the Bachchan family on several visits to temples to perform what the media described as "cleansing ceremonies." Even, one solution to this unlucky mismatch of star signs, astrologers advised the couple, would be for Rai to first marry a banana tree in a symbolic ceremony to ward off evil. What else…..the pandit said is still under cover. Hence, keep your eyes open and see what happened next in the life of the two sizzling Bollywood couples…REPRINT RIGHTS

Gladiator Review

Winner of five Academy Awards including Best Picture, and nominated for an additional seven, Gladiator is one of the best produced and directed films of its time. Reminiscent of Mel Gibson’s Braveheart, it creates a world so seemingly realistic, you find yourself drawn backward in time to the glory days of Rome. The musical score, colorful costumes, and intricate sets combine to create the illusion that one is actually witnessing the trials and travails of human existence in early millennial Rome.

The film opens with a sobering display of ancient warfare’s equivalent of “shock and awe” as the Roman legions advance on a band of rebels resisting the empire from the outskirts of Gaul. From the moment the legion commanders signal attack, the fury of hell is unleashed as flaming arrows and iron bars batter a unified front of rebel fighters. The scene is more comparable to Desert Storm than an ancient battlefield, and it visually illustrates the overwhelming power once embodied in the Roman legions.

The central figure of the film and leader of the opening battle is Maximus (Russell Crowe), a Roman general adored by his men and admired throughout the empire for his impeccable character. While visiting the battlefield, the aging Emperor Marcus Aurelius (Richard Harris) reveals to Maximus his secret plan to appoint the general caretaker of Rome upon his death, with the understanding he will restore the Senate and eliminate the dictatorial rule of the Caesars. But unbeknownst to both men, the emperor’s overly ambitious son Commodus (Joaquin Phoenix) learns of the plan. He murders his father and demands the allegiance of Maximus. When the general refuses, the new emperor calls for his execution, seeking to eliminate all who stand in his way. But the plan goes awry when Maximus escapes, setting the stage for the central conflict of the film as Maximus the gladiator grows in legend and Maximus the slave challenges the authority of a Roman emperor...

Crowe is cast well in the roll of the classic hero, but it’s the supporting cast which puts Gladiator in another dimension of cinematic excellence. Joaquin Phoenix dominates the screen with his impassioned portrayal of the darkly ambitious Commodus, providing film lovers with an early glimpse of his now apparent acting genius. Richard Harris is his usual charismatic onscreen presence, while Connie Nielsen, Oliver Reed, and Derek Jacobi lend excellent complimentary support to the role of Maximus as their characters unveil the driving life force and internal motivations of the larger than life Roman hero. To this end, the strength of the cast creates a synergy reflected in the overall quality of this memorable film.

As a work of entertainment, Gladiator is second to none. The gladiatorial battle scenes provide endless thrills, and the dialogue between the characters is wrought with political intrigue, lust for power, and conflicting realities. Russell Crowe is superb in his role as the hero Maximus. Noble in his intentions and powerful as a leader, Maximus represents the ideal of honor and chivalry. One of those rare films which offers its audience a true emotional stake in the outcome, Gladiator is fraught with high-octane suspense and thrilling action sequences. If you liked Mel Gibson’s Braveheart or The Patriot, then you’ll simply love Gladiator…

The Lake House

A lot of us enjoy having friends online with the help of the internet. Some met their partners in life through it but what if you two met through letter but with conflict. One living two years ago. I've watched The Lake House just weeks ago and i find it so romantic and that it tells that love can really wait. The two people met through letters and kept exchanging responses with different dates on it, a different year. But Love will do everything for the two people be happy. Pain, sadness, loneliness, etc will definitely be part of it but still there will be a lot of things for that love to be possible.

The Lake House was a romantic drama film premiered on the 16th of June 2006. It was written by David Auburn, it starred by Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves, and directed by Alejandro Agresti. The film was the next movie which Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves starred together after Speed which was filmed on 1994.

It was about two person who lived in a beautiful lake house and writes each other but the thing is that they were on a different times. Dr. Kate Forster portrayed by Sandra Bullock was in 2006 while Alex Wyler an architect portrayed by Keanu Reeves was on 2004.
In 2006 Kate leaves the Lake House with her dog named Jack and moved to Chicago. She left a letter for the next owner of the lake house. She worked as a doctor on one of the hospital of Chicago and on Valentines day, Kate was out at Daley Plaza with her mother when they witness a traffic accident and she run to helped but unfortunately the man dies in her arms which she told to her lead doctor and advice her to take a moment and go to a place where she can have peace in mind.

In 2004 Alex brought the beautiful Lake House without his girlfriend named Mona knowing but later she learned and talks to him on the construction site on which he was working. At night he returned to the lake house and finds a letter on his mailbox dated 2006 from Kate Forster. In her letter she apologizes for the paw prints at the front door whom she claimed that was there before she moved in but when Alex checked it he didn't see any paw prints and so he was confused. Some days had pass and Alex paints the bridge's handrails leading to the front door when a dog appears and walks through a tray of paint that causes to have a paw prints leading to the front door and so he replies to Kate and places the flag up on the mailbox. They continue sending letters with each other but still they're not sure that it is really happening that two person can actually speak with each other through letters in different times. On one of the letter Kate told Alex that she left something on a train station if he can give it to him then she'll believe that what was happening is true. Alex goes into the train station and saw a couple saying goodbye to each other and when the lady rides the train he found something on the chair just behind the place where the couple stands while saying goodbye and on where the things of the lady was left while waiting for the train. On the next letter Alex told Kate that he saw her and that she's beautiful and Kate responses that she might be the one he saw as she has a bad hair on that year. They continue writing letter until they agree with each other that they will see each other at the II Mare in 2006. Kate waits there but Alex does not appear and so he told Alex that he didn't appear that it wasn't right to continue correspond with each other as they will not see each other as they were really in a different time and that it wasn't possible. Alex's dog runs away and then he later left the lake house and gives its key to a man he just met which girlfriend wants to lived in a Lake House. The man found a dog and gave it to his girlfriend who named it Jack and she moves in to the Lake House.
Year 2007 arrives and Kate rekindles her relationship with her former boyfriend Morgan. They talked a lot and reminisce and Morgan had mentioned that Kate had kissed a guy on her birthday in 2004 when Morgan surprise her of a party and invited some of their friends and a couple which he just met. And with that she realizes that he already saw Alex and he was the one who she kissed on her birthday in 2004.

On the year 2008, on Valentines Day, Kate and Morgan visits an architecture firm who happened to be co-owned by Henry, Alex's brother. After their meeting and talking about business they were to left the firm but Kate notices a sketch of the lake house, she asks who did it and Henry answered that his brother sketched it and when she ask to speak with him, Henry sadly said that Alex died on Valentines Day two years ago and she ask Henry where and how does it happened, Henry said that it happened in an accident in a plaza hitting by a bus. And it reminds Kate what happened on 2006 when she's in a plaza with her mother, an accident happened and a man died in her arms, sadly it was Alex Wyler. While realizing that, she run fast even Morgan running after her can't catch up. She rushes to the Lake House on her car she write a letter and got out there and put it into the mailbox, on her letter she said to Alex not to come on Valentines Day on 2006 and don't cross the street and meet her at the plaza but instead wait for another two years and they will meet on Valentines Day at the Lake house, she'll wait there.

Weeping, behind the mailbox, on her knees down, she almost fail to notice that the flag of the mailbox turned down. She stands up, turned around and she saw a pickup truck where a man emerge. It was Alex, Kate just whispered, “You waited” and they kissed.
Love can wait even for years. Even at first, falling in love to someone you didn't even know nor seen looks impossible, holding into it and just thinking of the love you have for each other will make it possible.
